How long have you been in business?
We have catered over 1200 weddings, and provided drop off and full service catering to thousands of private parties and corporate events, serving North Texas since 1996.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer freshly prepared foods, with a variety of themes, which can be delivered as a drop off or with service staff.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have won awards for the quality of our food and service. We were voted "Best Caterer in Texas" in 2011!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We also own Misto Bistro restaurant (www.misto-bistro.com) which won best New American cuisine in DFW in 2011 and in 2013. We also are opening Po Boys Cajun food to geaux in January 2014, which will be take away and delivery New Orleans style food.
